Points aren't showing up online??

When I shop in stores, I'm told I have over 500 Beauty insider points but when I go online I only have 100. Plus si currently have a Silver VIB card but online its only "Insider". Please Help!!

Contact customer service and ask them to link your card to your online account then your points will match.
