Points all gone!

I just signed into my account and realized all my points were gone. I didn’t get any emails about points expiration either. Sad 😞

Hi @builtdcn,

Points expire at the end of the year if there was no activity on your account for 12 months or longer. To keep the account active, you must make a purchase, redeem a reward, or the birthday gift within that time frame. I'll look into this and I'll send you a message.
