Points after refund

  • Hi,

I purchased an item and used 500 points but needed to get a refund on the item. Do I get my 500 points back?

Hi @Mia0505 Return of merchandise purchased with a Beauty Insider Cash Reward will be for the price actually paid after applying the $10 discount. Neither the 500 Beauty Insider Points deducted from your Beauty Insider account or the $10 discount will be refunded. This is listed in our terms here:
