Points/Rouge

So on the Sephora app it said I had to spend $140 to get rouge so I did and ordered it for pickup. I still have to pick up my package but it said I did not spend the $140 and I also didn't get any points. I am wondering why that happened and if I will still be able to reach rouge status while also getting my points!

@RiyaAtwal you need to pick up the package to get the points and the new status

Hey I picked up the package and still haven't received my points or status. Does anyone have any idea why?
