Points Reset to Zero?!

I’ve been gathering points for two years and today when I logged in, I’m inexplicably back to zero! I hope it’s a glitch, because I’m really upset. I also subscribe to Play! and the main reason I finally signed up was for the points every month. Can someone tell me what’s going on?
