Points?Password? What is going on?!

Nice Suprise when I couldn't access BIC via the app. Noticed immediately my very high number of points are gone. Decided to try to access via Sephora Website where I was informed my password had been changed (not by me), freaking out...My account says "Welcome Ashley", my name is NOT Ashley.
