Points Not Showing

I made an in-store purchase on Tuesday, and the points from that purchase have yet to show up in my account. When I gave the cashier my number, she asked me to give my email and mentioned that two accounts were showing. It is possible that my points are going to a separate account for some reason. How do I fix this?
