Points I Earned Are Gone

Sephora apparently doesn’t care if the economy is bad and you’ve fallen on hard times. All of my 2100 points are gone and they will under no exceptions give them back. I will never shop Sephora again. I’ll be hitting every review site I can find.

Activity is considered redeeming a Rewards Bazaar item, your birthday gift, or making a purchase on Sephora.com while logged into your account or at any Sephora location within the US or Canada, and providing your Beauty Insider account information at checkout. If you believe there has been a mistake please let us know so we cna look inoto it further.

You obviously don’t go out of your way to warn people about this and quietly steal the points  we’ve earned. Why even have points that people have earned expire? That’s deceitful in my opinion.
