Points Gone

I just logged into my account to look at the birthday gift since I just had mine, and all my points, built up from YEARS of shopping at Sephora, are completely gone. I’ve looked back and emails and messages and I have nothing telling me my points were expiring. I’m assuming nothing can be done since I don’t know when they were wiped, but I’m still frustrated. Absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point of building up points when they get taken away without warning?

Me toooo!!! I had over 1200 points. They never used to expire and I never received a notice that it changed. My bday is tomorrow and I have a list and I was going to finally use my points. Not now!! That is shady to not inform people. Last time I was there they told me the system was updating and that’s why I was only showing 64 points and it would be resolved. I dig out my insider card and just looked and it’s still at 64. That is super shady not to be transparent to your customers. I will now be an Ulta customer. So disappointed in this company.

Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.

omg im not the only one! i had so many points i kept for many years and all gone now with no notice 😞

Happy birthday to the OG poster - the same thing just happened for me!
burthday ia coming up, getting ready to place an order andI was looking to finally use up the points I had gathered, then lo’ and behold - I have none?? I get I’m not a big fish in the world of skincare and makeup, but even more of a reason that I was holding on to those points. Glad I’m not alone in my birthday gift redemption turned disappointing points news, because it really did blindside me 😞
