Points Expiring

Since when did points start expiring? I had over 1k the last time I checked and I saw this morning I only had a couple hundred. I was trying to save for something special 🙁

Hi @bwang,

Sephora has had a point expiration policy for the last few years now. Points will only expire if your account is inactive for 12 months or more. To keep the account active, you would need to make a purchase, redeem a reward, or the birthday gift within a year. I'll check on this and I'll send you a message shortly.
