Points Expired!

I have accumulated 11825 points over the past 12 years I've been a member, now it's all gone. I'm away at another country due to family issues and am currently working here, I've made purchases at Sephora here but the system is different from Sephora in the States so the points are all gone! This is crazy, does anyone know how to the the points reinstated? I've asked customer support and they refused to reinstate the points.

@qsplala  Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
