Points Expired?

I’ve lost all my points.   

I was saving up my points to use when I saw something I really wanted.  I was not expecting to lose them.  Do they expire?

Yes, points expire if your account is inactive for 12 months or longer. To keep the account active, you would need to make a purchase, redeem a reward, or the birthday gift within a year.
