Points Expiration Question

Hello, I received an email saying that my points are about to expire at the end of the year. Does earning points through the Beauty Insider Challenges prevent my points from expiring, or will I have to make a purchase?

Hi @NotJason Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift!

Again, does activity/points earned from Beauty Insider Challenges count as activity to extend/reset the expiration?

@NotJason Yes, earning points from completing  Beaty Insider Challenges counts as account activity. So your points wouldn't expire if you participated in our BI Challenges.
