Points/Card/Status unlinked from my account...why/how long?

I'm a Canadian VIB Rouge member with over 2000 points at the moment...it is currently missing from my account. Obviously I'm not the only person going through this, although I might be the only (or one of the few) that went through and made a purchase during this time period (for the ABH discounted Subculture palette). Obviously, since the points were missing, I couldn't reimburse for any rewards (not a big deal, as I didn't see any that I wanted)...however I'm still labeled as rouge (although it asks me to make a beauty insider account). I also retained the perk of rouge free shipping, so obviously my status wasn't wiped out. 

 

Assuming that the points are not lost (it must be easy enough to see the points status from my previous order receipt from earlier this month), I'm guessing the new purchase hasn't registered the points, so if that could be accounted for when the issue is resolved, that would be appreciated.
