Points All Gone!!!

Was not aware that Sephora points expires.  I’ve been saving my points for years.  Logged in today to get something nice for myself and use the $10 off from points to see they’re all gone.  This is so unfair. I don’t have a Sephora near me, so I literally have to go out of my way to shop there in person because I need to see and test out items before purchasing them. Thanks Sephora for years of nothing!!!

I'm sorry to hear about this. Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward or the birthday gift. Additionally, we sent out a few emails informing that points were about to expire.
