Point transfer needed

My husband bought something for me and forgot to log into my acct. How can I transfer the points to my account?

I created an account to order a gift for my wife so I can surprise her for Valentine's Day. When I called Sephora they told me that I can transfer the Beauty Points to her account after the order was received. I called today back and they told me it's not possible. I'm really pissed of the misinformation your beauty advisor "advised". It was misinformation and they have to be trained better. 

I kindly ask to transfer the points to my wife her account. I only created a new account to surprise her with the gift for Valentine's Day. Now I want those points to be transfered to her main account. I'm her husband and we both live under the same address.
