Point multiplier event

I did not receive my additional points from the recent points multiplier promotion. How can I get this corrected?

This happened to me as well I had to contact them directly however not only did I not get the double points I did not receive my VIB status And have contacted them three times after I spent the qualifying spend still nothing they told me to wait 48 hours but never hear anything back. They finally did add the double points manually but it looks like my spend that day doesn’t matter.
