Point gone!

I just realized today that all my points are gone?! Had no idea that they changed the policy so that points expire after 12 months of inactivity. I'm super upset, as I spent YEARS accumulating almost 3000 POINTS! I also looked back at when they expired and it looks like December of 2020. However, I remember getting my 2020 birthday gift (the Briogeo scalp revival and hair mask) and my birthday is in June so this doesn't make sense. Also, even if I hadn't gotten my birthday gift that year, I think it's a garbage thing to do to loyal customers, especially during covid when most of us weren't leaving the house/wearing makeup.
