Point for buying online and pick up on store

Hello,

I bought something and said i want it to pick it up to get the 100 points and it didnt seem to apply. I also boight a hair product for the 100 point and it didnt go through. Is it possible to grant me the points. I can show you proof for the things i booght and the method of shipping. Thank you !
