I know Sephora has changed their points to expiring now so my question is, will my points expire if I don't redeem points even though I'm still adding to them? I'm trying really hard to save up for something good!

It looks like @LCResz was able to answer this for you! I also wanted to mention that you can even redeem your annual birthday gift as a way of keeping your account active!

Hi @jrlee3! Your points will only expire if you are completely inactive for 18 consecutive months; this means that as long as you make a purchase or redeem a reward at any time your points are safe! If you do become inactive then Sephora will send you an email letting you know your points are about to expire, so make sure you're account so set up to receive Sephora emails JIC
