Please stop using laser ship

I started shopping at Sephora again this year. I’ve had some great experience in store. Unfortunately my first mail order was marked as delivered when I did not receive anything. My apartment is in a nice neighborhood where such things rarely happen. I was really looking forward to the order as it contains items I needed for the weekend. I called the CS rep who was kind and helpful and helped me request a refund. However, after I did some research on the shipping company Lasership, I was shocked that so many people have the same experience with them (orders marked as delivered but never received). I really do not understand why Sephora continues to do business with them when people easily spend hundreds per order yet Sephora cheaps out on a company that’s known to steal people’s packages. Just want to share my experience here to let you guys know that such things are still happening in 2023 and it’s really time for a change.
