Please stop using OnTrac

I feel like I’m speaking into the void here but I cannot believe Sephora uses OnTrac.

I’m having so much trouble with OnTrac. The moment I placed my online order and got the shipping confirmation from OnTrac, I knew it was going to be bad. They refuse to deliver to my location because the drivers say it’s “too far.” They’ll say delivery attempt made, when they haven’t made a delivery attempt, packages are often delayed for weeks and when they finally deliver they leave the packages in the middle of the road.

My Sephora shipment has been delayed 4 times and everyday they say it’ll be delivered the next day (it’s never delivered). I called the Sephora customer service line to ask if they could make a note on my account to use any other shipper other than OnTrac. Unfortunately they told me they couldn’t do that. Other companies I buy from were able to make that shipping exception but not Sephora. Sephora told me to contact OnTrac to get an updated delivery day but you can’t speak with a customer service representative over the phone, that’s how bad their business is. 

I hope I get my Sephora package soon or a refund. I’ve been shopping at Sephora for years, but I guess I can no longer be a costumer if they’re using OnTrac.
