I just received a Sephora inside JCPenny card, does that mean I can use it at the actual Sephora store or will they not accept this card? I tried ordering stuff online at Sephora website and it’s saying it needs a 8 digit pin and 16 digit # which this card doesn’t have. Can I use this card at the actual Sephora store? Or does that mean I can only use my card at a Sephora that’s inside penny’s?

Hello @Morgiee15! The Sephora inside JCPenney gift cards do not work on Sephora.com, unfortunately.  That being said, Sephora does have a small online section on JCP.com where you can use it!  The card can also be used in SiJCP stores.  I hope this helps!
