Please help!

If I purchased something online, can I return it at my local Sephora store even if they don't carry it at that particular location?

You should be able to return items purchased online in stores! You can 60 days (30 in Canada) from the original purchase date along with proof of purchase to make a return or exchange in stores! All of our store returns are at our store's discretion so I recommend contacting your local store directly so they can further assist.
