Please help cancel my order, there is an error when cancelling

I've made an order and need to cancel it. I can't cancel it even if its 5 minutes after the order was created.

I get this error "Sorry, we are not able to cancel your order. Please wait at least one minute after your order is placed and try again."

Can someone please help?

The reason is because the delivery is too slow and the receiver will have left the country by that time.
