Please help! Can’t use temp card!

I can’t place an order. I applied for the credit card to get the 25% off and now it won’t let me use it. I don’t want to have to wait for the physical card to come in, but that’s the answer customer service gave me. I see a lot of people have had the same problem. Has anyone found a solution?

Hi, I have the same issue and today was the last day for me to use the discount, been trying since earlier in the day and my discount cannot be used since I don't have the physical card.

@Nany8619 I'm sorry to hear about this! I recommend waiting until your physical card arrives in the mail. It should arrive within 10 business days of being approved. Once you receive your card, please contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat so we can assist with the discount.
