Please Sephora stop using ONTRAC as your delivery service!!!!!!

I will also be calling Sephora Corporate to put in a complaint about ONTRAC. Every single delivery I have received through OnTrac has been THROWN over our front fence, no effort being made to walk to the front door. (Not only from orders through Sephora, but other companies as well) . I have had items damaged multiple times. Some are thrown in front of our garage door, where anyone can see them and theft is a good possibility. FedEx, USPS and UPS place our packages carefully right infront of the door in a secure area.

PLEASE SEPHORA STOP USING ONTRAC!! It has been a terrible experience since you guys are no longer using Fedex. Looking through older post's most customers feel the same and have had terrible experiences. I am very hesitant to re-order through Sephora now. 😞

I have the same issue.  Sephora knows OnTrac is terrible but won't stop using them.  They sent a replacement for two orders but used OnTrac and as expected I did not get them even though OnTrac says delivered.  I live in a guard gated community with 24 hours service and OnTrac NEVER came in.
