Please Read!!

Long story short, my daughter used a gift card online and the order was never completed yet when I call the gift card number they tell me 2 transactions on 7/6.

I call Sephora customer service and after being put on hold, was told to contact my local PD to file a report. “Gift cards are treated as cash”. They couldn’t divulge any further info.

I am pissed!! This seems to be a reoccurring theme with Sephora and hackers getting these numbers!! They seem to be well aware of the issue and do not help the customer in any way!!
