Play

I signed up last night for Play. It told me the order had been placed and gave an order number. Today, theres no order. Plus a pending charge for $1. I have pics of both. Am I not getting this months box or will I get next month? There's an item number with an order number too. Do those numbers make a difference? Sorry for so many questions. This has confused me though. Thank you for your help. 20180423_084259.png

Re: Play

Hi @Anonymous,

Sorry for any confusion! Rest assured, the pending authorization you are seeing is temporary and will fall off automatically within a few days. You will only be charged for each PLAY box once.

Your subscription to PLAY was created after the cutoff date for the April box. However, you will be received May's box. I hope you enjoy PLAY!

Re: Play

@SianBT Ok, thank you! That makes much more sense. Do you know the difference between the order number and the item number? I'm not understanding the two different numbers.

Re: Play

Hi @Anonymous,

Our order numbers help us locate each order for a client. Within an order, we may often have more than one item, and so more than one item number.

Having item numbers is super useful if you're trying to place an order by phone because it let's our Beauty Advisors know exactly which shade and product you're looking for.

Hope this helps!

Bisous,

Sian
