Play! lipstick broken :(

My lipstick came broken.. It's sad because this was my very first Play! box and I was really looking forward to using the products. I managed to put the lipstick back in its place but the top part is damaged.

Just message customer service and let them know. It seems like almost everyone has had this problem and customer service has been very responsive in resolving the issue.
