Play by Sephora is not working!!!!

hello want to know why I can’t get a subscription play by Sephora . Every time when I try it says error ☹️ this is so sad I being trying this since December

I'm so sorry about this! If you are attempting to subscribe using a US address and are having trouble, I recommend clearing your browsing history (cookies and cache), as well as attempting to use an alternative Internet browser. Or, you can attempt to enroll through the Sephora App.
