Play box 50 points

I made a purchase in store and she scanned my play pass. My points never showed up. She also gave the pass back to me afterwards and didn’t ask me if I wanted to redeem the points I had prior to the card scan. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. When am I going to get my points or get offered to use them?

Hi @saravbr + @maemc. It can take up to 24 hours for points to reflect in your BI account. If you still do not see the 50 points from the store you visited, please send me a message.

the same thing happened to me for 2 times I called the cu...

the same thing happened to me for 2 times the cashier has scanned the play pass but no points have been added I do not understand why ...! I called the customer service and they added me 50 points! it is very annoying.!

It is! Like if I’m not going to get them, I’ll just keep ordering online from home. Got an order in the mail today and it didn’t have my free samples in it like it’s supposed to! Like wtf is going on?!
