Play! Sephora Box

I’m trying to subscribe to the play! Box and every time i get to the very last step it just pops up with an error about my card. So i have deleted and re-entered my card numerous times! It is very frustrating. Would like to know if this is a reoccurring problem??? Or what shall i do next? Really want the Play!
