I still haven’t received my November Play Box - it shipped on the 11th and, as of the 13th, the shipping info says “exception.” Can you please assist? Thank you!

I am in the same boat. I am not sure what's going on. I got an email on November 12th saying that box had shipped, but I still haven't received it...
