Ok, so this is not my first Sephora Play! Box but I am VERY upset that I only received four of the five things that I was supposed to get in this box. I get it if one thing is missing but two!?!? My gift bag that it comes in was not tied so maybe someone got into it but the box was taped shut with the Sephora tape. I am upset and would love to know why this happened or what do I need to do in order for this to not happen again.

This happened to me too!! I didn't get my second lipstick! And that was the one I wanted the most! And every time my box ships it keeps sitting in the same location for awhile which is getting annoying but I really wanted that lipstick... we were supposed to get two and I didn't even get a replacement 😞
