Play 50 points card

I recently got my play box and there were 2 50 pt cards in the box.  I went to JC Penney's Sephora and purchased on 2 separate transactions some eyeshadows.  How long does it take for the points to show up? I think it was August 3rd that I redeemed the card.  Not only are the points not showing but when I look at purchases on my account the eyeshadows don't show up either?
