I NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can’t get any help. Sephora STOLE MY ORDER! Wtf did you take my package. It was where it was supposed to be! There was nothing wrong! They stole a domestic violence SURVIVOR ‘s FIRST ORDER since divorce. Thanks! Not! Please help!

@sephoraskz  This forum is public, not private. That means anyone without a Sephora account can see your thread. Heck, search engines like Google pull up our threads and comments as search results all the time. Plus, I’m pretty sure it’s against Sephora BIC terms & conditions to post personal info like email addresses and phone numbers. 

Please remove your email address and phone number from your post ASAP so it won’t end up in some bad person’s hands. It doesn’t take much for an identity thief to do damage once they’ve got personal info like that, and I’d hate for that to happen to you. 

If you’ve already tried posting in the Customer Service group, maybe @TeamBIC can help when an admin’s online.
