Pin scratched off pin

  1. I scratched my gift card to redeem online and it took a few numbers off from the card and pin. What can I do to use my birthday gift card?

Hi @AlmaOntiveros02,

 

I'm sorry about this! The pin is needed to redeem the gift card online, but I recommend checking with your local Sephora store as they should be able to redeem it in store.
