Phone Number Not Linked to Account

Hi, so I've been dealing with this issue for a while. My phone number is no longer linked to my email. I am a VIB member, but I can only use the benefits from it when I'm in store as the account is only linked to my phone number. If anyone knows how to resolve this, please let me know.
