Personal information privacy concern

To whom it may concern, As a frequent user of the app for purchasing and redeeming rewards I had a troubling experience today with the app. When I tried opening the app it was glitching frequently and instead of my name another sephora user's name, points balance and information was displayed, this is extremely concerning to me as I am sure I am not the only person this happened to and am wondering if my personal information was displayed in someone else's account. If someone could contact me regarding this matter I would appreciate it. Thank you.

To me this is a violation of their privacy policy.

I personally signed in to see an address and phone number for another user and plan on seeking legal action.

Yes! I open my email with the shipping information with my details and when I hit to open the window to view my details for the site, it redirects me to another user sign-in information and their password is saved to the username. This is very alarming to me, as most of us save our credit card info to our accounts. I tried it three times and each time I get a different user account. This is a serious security issue and Hope Sephora addresses this matter. I have never had this happen and I am a heavy online shopper.
