Perfume "SAMPLER"

I'm SO DONE with Sephora! Twice now they did me DIRTY. I'm a Sephora Card Holder & Loyal Customer. NO-MORE! I purchased the Perfume SAMPLER Set 4 a Last Minute Cruise. Unfortunately I was in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean when I opened what I THOUGHT would be Travel size Perfume & what I paid $30 for was 7 FREE SAMPLES, I wasn't even aware you could SELL FREE SAMPLES. Even tho receipt says No Refunds U'd THINK a Multi~BILLION $ Company @the Very Least would give a DISAPPOINTMED Customer a Store Credit, NO. When I 1st got my Sephora C/C 8yrs ago I purchased $300 worth of Make-Up & saw the Point System & item's you can get. Obviously I wasn't expecting a FULL size perfume. What I didn't expect was spending $300 & receive ANOTHER FREE SAMPLE 🙄 This timeline is reversed. My point is I will keep my Sephora MasterCard & I will use it @Ulta or ANYWHERE ELSE. What I will NEVER use it for is ANYTHING from Sephora. Your's Truly Gen X Woman Mom, Wife & Disappointed Customer

I'm sorry to hear this and for any misunderstanding about the fragrance sampler sets. The sampler sets will include sample sizes. However, once you've chosen your favorite, you can use the included voucher to redeem a travel size of that fragrance at no extra cost.
