Perfume Voucher Issues

Perfume sampler issue

I ordered the sampler kit for perfumes and tried to redeem my offer. It gave me an error when I was checking out and when I tried to enter the promo it said I’ve already used the code but I have no order history with it and no confirmation email. Now it’s not letting me use the voucher and I don’t know what to do to get the free bottle of perfume
