Pending orders for days and still show in progress

I have placed three orders starting Nov10. Two orders were placed on Nov10 and one placed on Nov13. The second order I placed on Nov10 has been delivered but the other two orders kept be on pending. When I click on order detail, it just says order in progress. Some of the products I ordered were stock out but Sephora is not canceling or making changes to my orders at all. The funds have already been taken but I just do not see any updates on these orders. Since 20% off ends today, I do want Sephora to quickly tell me if there are canceling my orders or not since in progress orders cannot be canceled by customers. If they are actually canceling my orders, I will make another order today to get 20% off even though some of the products I wanted are stock out, but I do want to buy other things with discount still. I don't get the point why Sephora is taking the money and leaving orders pending for such a long time while they say I only take 2-4 business days, while has one of my order delivered already and other two in progress still.

Same here. I bought $142 of makeup on 11/15 because I wanted to use my 20% off and it is 11/23 and still no sign of it getting shipped. Horrible! First time this happens to me. And they were very really quick to take the money from my account the next day...

Girl same. I check everyday and it still says in progress. Everything i wanted was sold out in my store so i ordered it online. 3 days later went back in the store everything was available
