Pending order

I was wondering what may be wrong with my order. I ordered on September 1st & it's September 6th and my order hasn't shipped it's still saying status : Pending.

I still don't know what's going on & I'm not by any places that were affected by Hurricane Harvey so I'm confused about the delay.
