Pending order

Is anyone else experiencing a weirdly long "order pending" period? I've ordered from here a million times and it's never taken this long. Do I need to do something?

T has been nearly 10 days since I placed an order and it is listed as "pending." Funds taken but no news on progress. Not sure if I should cancel?
