Pending order status

I placed my order on the 15th. The status is still 'pending.' I've written to them more than a couple times to ask about it but no reply so far. 

 

One of the samples I requested is out of stock now. I don't mind not getting the samples but now I want to cancel the whole order:( Would I ever be able to receive it? So frustrating!!

You ordered on a Wednesday. Sephora doesn't ship on weekends, so it's been four business days since you ordered. There's been a delay on products literally since the fourth of this month. We're all in the same boat, but if you're concerned or have some extenuating circumstances you can always call customer service (again, lol).  I ordered on the 16th. Pretty sure none of us are getting the samples we chose.
