Pending money disappear

I have 5 orders from Sephora and the second one I placed on last Friday still in progress, however another four that I placed later already been shipped, I also double checked with my bank account, before it shows the money is still pending, but few minutes ago it just disappeared(not even on my posted account), is that means my order is being cancelled? i called Sephora serval times, the advisor said it will be shipped on Tuesday, and I still haven’t got any messages from Sephora, I really start worrying now

I got the same problem too, and the transaction in my bank account disappeared.
