Pending Transaction

I ordered some products using PayPal but I cancelled the order right away because I  forgot something. It was successful and told me that I wouldn’t be charged, but my payment is stuck on pending. Can someone at Sephora reverse this for me so I can re order? I really want to get these products as soon as possible ~Thanks!
