Pending Order

i ordered my products on November 3rd and the order is still pending. Where is my order?

This information is misleading. First I'm told you can't cancel your order once submitted because it is immediately sent to the warehouse but I can the moment I get tracking information. However, I called to cancel as soon as tracking was updated and was told it was too late. This is the worse online shopping experience ever and I would rather just buy in store or order directly with the vendor.

@Jennasea23 @tdrane79   If you open the basket tab, then you will be able to see written in red, "Due to high volume, your order might experience up to 7 business days delay. 2 Day, 1 Day and Flash Shipping will not be affected."  This means that it can take up to 7 days to have your order go from Pending to Shipped.  This doesn't even include whatever shipping option you have, which will be additional days tacked onto the 7 day delay.  Sephora had this posted prior to the 20% off event.

The disclaimer was there on Monday 11/6 when I ordered. I don't understand why they say 1 day, 2 day and flash won't be affected when clearly they ARE affected?My order had flash shipping and it hasn't been shipped yet....and they haven't changed the disclaimer so this is all very misleading!
