Pending Order Issue

To whom it may concern,

 

I placed an order on November 10th. I should have 3 day shipping as I’m a Rouge member but my package still says pending. I have sufficient funds in my account so I don’t know why it is still pending. I’m hoping someone can help me clear this up.
